Since year 2015, Shian Liang Petroleum Sdn. Bhd. has been established primarily based in the capital city of East Malaysia, Kuching as licensed fuel supplier throughout Sarawak region who continuously driven by its mission to provide professional services to both large and small demands customers with exact equal treatment.
Shian Liang Petroleum has always emphasized in delivering unfeigned and legal oil-related products that are acquired legally from the licensed distributors, which quality services and products’ assurance are always deemed as our focal point to suit our customers and recent market.
Certified by the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Malaysia, Shian Liang Petroleum puts its focus on distributing fuel products for instance industrial diesel, hydraulic and bitumen emulsion that benefits the customers from different industries such as construction, manufacturing, mining, industrial, marine, health care and so on.
As such, we are proud to tell you that we are the first and only moving oil station in Kuching! In order to provide conveniency to our customers, we provide fuel products delivery service to our customers’ doorstep with our fleet of trucks at minimal transportation fee. Besides, our company do provide rental service of ISO containers for storage of petroleum products and customized storage capacity of ISO tanks as requested by our customers.

Shian Liang Petroleum aims to provide best assistance to customers by offering various services which we are readily to meet customers’ needs and demands all the time. Fuel transportation services is available across various location throughout Sarawak, delivered by experienced and licensed road tanker driver. Often neglected by customers are the importance of maintenance for fuel storage tank, our company provides fuel storage tank cleaning services which will be executed by our highly experienced technical team, to clean your fuel storage tank to avoid any contamination.
As customers' needs are always evolving, new possibilities and new consequences may unfolding all around us. We strive to understand our local needs and turn these into opportunities by taking in new innovative ideas to improve our products and provide excellent services to our customers in future, at the same time accelerating the development of relevant technologies.

Tack coat K1-40 cationic bitumen emulsion is an emulsified asphalt containing minimum 40% bitumen and 60% water.
Tack coat RS-1K cationic bitumen emulsion is an emulsified asphalt containing minimum 50% bitumen.
RS-2K
Bitumen Emulsion Prime RS-2K / CRS-1 containing minimum 60% bitumen, is commonly used for Tack-coating.
SS-1K
Prime coat SS-1K / CSS-1 bitumen emulsion is an emulsion emulsified asphalt containing minimum 57% bitumen.

Inspired by the concept of "Food Truck", we introduce you the FIRST and ONLY moving oil station in Sarawak. A diesel truck will be assigned to move from a station to another station based on the customers' demand.
The unique part about this service is we are able to pump diesel directly into your machinery which is time saving and convenient especially for forklift and tractors located far away from city.

TRANSPORTATION SERVICE
We do provide transportation service of delivering skid tank, bitumen and industrial oil as requested by our clients to their designated destinations.
BUNKERING
We do provide a ship to ship bunkering service it's a process of transferring fuel oil in which two adjacent ship positioned alongside to each other supply fuel oil from one to another.
INDUSTRIAL OIL DELIVERY
We deliver industrial oil to our customers within Sarawak and offer additional oil transportation services to third parties. We ensure all clients received their products on time and in good condition.
SKID TANK
Besides selling Skid tank, we also provide rental service separately to suit our client's demand which also includes application of license from the licensing authority.
SKID TANK CLEANING SERVICE
We also provide the service of cleaning skid tank by our experienced and skilled manpower and we strive to achieve maximum cleanliness.
SHIP REFUELING SERVICE
We do provide oil delivery service to boats and ships. The fueling location and time will be arranged to ensure convenience to both parties.

Our company acquired Permission of Petroleum Development Act 1974 (PDA 3 & PDA 4) from The Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs. All oil-related products of our company are acquired legally from the licensed distributors. We legally permitted to commence or continue any business of distributing or delivery petroleum products to customers.
Our company is the winning team which have a clear vision of success that maintain high standard of civility, honest, tolerant, support and manage each of our team member to deliver quality guaranteed oil products and excellent services to every customer.
Our company performs quality inspection check on the oil before and after delivery by providing water test and a bottle of oil sample. Volume check on the oil delivered and take video as proof is also performed before initiating the pumping process.

Not only focus on the profitability of the company, Shian Liang Petroleum has recognized the significant of value created to public community through corporate social responsibility (CSR). As important as CSR is for the community, it is equally valuable for the company that help forge a stronger bond between employees and corporations and boost morale within. Hence, for years, the company has putting in efforts giving back to society that allow more needy people can benefits from it, while increase the engagement between employees and society.
Our company has practiced CSR by contributing 50 pairs of school shoes to primary school students and another 50 pairs for secondary school students to aid those underprivileged students. By helping to brighten the lives of the needy in its care, we had donated necessities to Sarawak Hun Nam Siang Tng monthly.

In order to continuously support and giving back to society, we also visited Kuching Salvation Army & The Sarawak Cheshire Home and involved all of our employees in the volunteering event to provide food support such as biscuits, beverages and gifts for the children during last Christmas.
In the other hand, Shian Liang Petroleum has through volunteerism, involving its employees in volunteering event to improve relationship between each other and build our team’s dynamics, and increase the overall engagement level of the workforce. CSR has created a workplace which is more positive and productive place to work among our employees, and by promoting volunteerism and charity, we can encourage our employees’ personal and professional growth. Other than that, we do build good attitude among employees, develop their kindness toward the society and have a hugely positive effect on employees and local communities.
Our company are hoping forward to increase our efforts in respect of the social dimensions in terms of volunteer efforts and charitable giving of corporate social responsibility and contributing to society by continuously promote CSR activities that can benefit society and increase awareness of the importance of CSR by inspired people to do the same.
